Organization that finally sticks
File and project organization designed around how your team actually works, whether you live in Google Drive, Asana, Notion, SharePoint, or some tangle of tools. Who can see what is treated as part of the design, and a maintenance plan keeps it from sliding back into chaos a month later.
Who can see what is part of the design
Most organization projects treat permissions as IT’s problem. We treat who-can-see-what as part of the design itself, because if someone only has access three levels down, your elegant top-level structure doesn’t exist for them at all. A system has to work at every level of access.
Holly spent years building role-based access control, data security, and provisioning systems, so this is baked into how we structure things from the start, not bolted on after.
Audit, redesign, migrate, maintain
We start with an audit of how the system is set up today, and an interview about what you’ve tried in the past: what worked, what didn’t, and why. Then we propose a redesigned workflow, and either run the migration ourselves or walk your team through it.
Every engagement ends with a rundown of what was working, what wasn’t, and what we proposed should change, a maintenance plan, and a scheduled reassessment at three or six months (depending on what your team needs).
When to fix things and when to move on
Whether to repair what you have or move somewhere new depends entirely on what is and isn’t working for you. If your current system is costing real money and real headache and simply wasn’t built for how you work, we may recommend a tool that’s free and/or fits better. We assess the migration honestly (in time, money, and disruption), considering your team’s technical proficiency, your bandwidth, and whether you’d rather us do the moving.
A picture of how you actually work
What we need from your team, honestly, is a picture of how you think and work: what you touch day to day, what you need to see at the top level, and what value you’re trying to get out of the tools you’re using.
It also helps us to know if there are neurodivergent folks on the team, or if there are people struggling with the current tools because of specific challenges; it makes our recommendations better and our assessments more accurate.
